High-Precision Metal Injection Molding (MIM) Line
Equipped with multi-cavity high-speed injection molding machines capable of handling complex geometric parts from 0.1g up to 350g. Our molding shop features climate-controlled feedstock storage and fully automated pick-and-place robotics to ensure repeatable density and tight dimensional consistency.
Advanced Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) & Isostatic Pressing
Our specialized CIM production line manufactures structural, thermal, and electrical ceramic parts with sub-micron surface smoothness. We utilize high-purity Alumina (Al₂O₃), Zirconia (ZrO₂), and Cordierite powders to deliver extreme wear resistance and thermal stability for semiconductor equipment and optical devices.
Vacuum Sintering & Catalytic Debinding Atmosphere Furnaces
Thermal processing is critical to achieving near-theoretical metallurgical density (>98%). Our factory houses continuous walking-beam debinding furnaces, high-vacuum sintering chambers, and high-temperature flame atmosphere furnaces reaching up to 1650°C with precise multi-zone temperature controls.
5-Axis CNC Secondary Machining & Precision Tooling Workshop
To satisfy critical tight-tolerance features such as deep threads, micro-bores, and ultra-flat seating faces, our high-precision machining center operates 5-axis CNC mills, Swiss-type automatic lathes, wire EDM, and CNC surface grinding equipment capable of achieving ±0.001mm (1µm) specifications.
Quality Metrology Inspection Lab & Surface Treatment
Every manufacturing batch undergoes comprehensive Quality Control (QC). Our temperature-stabilized metrology room is outfitted with Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), optical projectors, X-ray fluorescence coating thickness analyzers, hardness testers, and metallographic structure microscopes.
