Frequently Asked Questions

Key information for international procurement engineers and project managers evaluating our facility.

What is your lead time for MIM/CIM tooling and rapid prototypes?
Our engineering team provides a full Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis within 24 hours of CAD file submission. Prototype tooling and initial samples are typical delivered within 7 to 14 days, depending on geometric complexity and material requirements.
Can international buyers conduct on-site or virtual factory audits?
Yes, we warmly welcome both physical on-site facility audits and live HD interactive virtual video tours. Our engineering project managers are fluent in English and ready to present our production lines, quality inspection labs, and documentation processes.
What alloy and ceramic material grades are available in your plant?
We process over 46 standard and custom material grades. Metals include 316L, 304L, 17-4PH, 420, 4605, Titanium Alloys (Ti-6Al-4V, Ti-CP), Tungsten, and Fe-Ni soft magnetic alloys. Ceramics include Alumina (95%, 99.5%, 99.8%), Yttria-Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ), and Cordierite.
How do you guarantee quality consistency across high-volume production batches?
We enforce strict SPC (Statistical Process Control) throughout molding, debinding, and sintering. Each shipment includes full dimensional inspection reports (CMM), material chemical analysis certs, and density testing verification. All tooling is backed by our Lifetime Mold Warranty.
